The cost of the towel or linen is dependent on what type of towel linen you are looking for, the size and how many. We can send you a written quote or alternatively if you would like to see the range that we carry and the pricing we can email you our catalogue.

This is dependent on what is being ordered. If we have stock availability is immediate, if the supplier has stock availability is within a week. If the supplier doesn’t have stock then availability is within 2-3 weeks.

Yes we can. Embroidery of towels is costed on stitch count so I would need you to send us the logo so that we can cost it for you.

Yes we do. There is a delivery charge the cost of which is dependent on where the delivery is going to.

Yes we do. We start discounting on units of 20 or more.

Yes we do. We require a 50% deposit to secure the order. The balance is due before collection / delivery.

Sometimes when towels are manufactured there is a chemical residue that remains on the towels. This can take several washes before it disappears and the towels become absorbent. You should also not use stay soft when washing your towels as it also leaves a chemical layer on the towels which builds up over time and reduces the absorbency of the towel.

Yes. Care should always be taken to follow the manufacturers recommended washing guide.
